- Only candidates appointed on the post of Special Educator in Uttar Pradesh through Daily / Contract / Outsourcing will be eligible to fill this application form.
- Note : Special Educators working on contract/daily wages who have already appeared before the Screening Committee are not required to apply.

- Special Educator Recruitment in various districts by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department which was done through Daily / Contract / Outsourcing.
- Selected candidates have to send their CTET / TET (Primary / Junior) and CRR certificate along with the form and all other documents to the official email of Basic Education Department Uttar Pradesh whose last date is 29 June 2026 till 12 midnight.
- Candidates appointed to the position of Special Educator must fill out the following information in a prescribed format and attach all accompanying documents and email it.1. Name of Special Educator (Special Education).
2. Father’s Name
3. Name of District of Employment
4. Contract/Work Order for Contract/Daily Wage/Outsourcing through which selection was made
5. Date of Birth
6. Name and Complete Address of Home District
7. Correspondence Address
8. CRR Certificate Number and Issue Date
9. Passing CTET/TET is a desirable qualification.
