How to Fill Common Paramedical Test ABVMU CPET 2025 Online Form
- Ensure your OBC and EWS certificates are issued on or after 01 April 2025.
- Prepare a photograph that meets requirements: full face, front view, white background, no spectacles, with the candidate's name and date of the photograph clearly written on it.
- Download and thoroughly read the official notification before applying to ABVMU Lucknow.
- Gather all necessary documents, including eligibility proof, ID details, and address verification.
- Prepare digital copies of your photo, signature, and ID proof for the online submission.
- Review the application preview carefully to ensure all information is accurate before final submission.
- Pay the required application fee (Rs. 3000 for General/OBC/EWS; Rs. 2000 for SC/ST/PH) using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- Download and print a hard copy of the final submitted application form for your records.

The age limit for candidates is set at a minimum of 17 years as of 31/12/2025. For SGPGIMS Lucknow UG paramedical courses, the maximum age is 30 years.
