Vacancy & Eligibility Criteria

• Code A - Junior Hindi Translator (JTO) in Central Secretariat Official Language Service (CSOLS): Master Degree in Hindi OR English with English OR Hindi as a Compulsory Subjects OR Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level AND Recognized Diploma OR Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Verca or 2 Year Experience.
• Code B - Junior Translation Officer (JTO) in Armed Forces Headquarters (AFHQ): Master Degree eligibility requirements apply.
• Code C - Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)/ Junior Translation Officer (JTO)/ Junior Translator (JT) in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Organizations: Master Degree eligibility requirements apply.
• Code D - Senior Hindi Translator (SHT)/Senior Translator (ST) in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Organizations: Master Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subjects OR Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level AND Recognized Diploma OR Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Verca or 3 Year Experience.

How to Fill SSC Junior Hindi Translator JHT Online Form 2026

1. Complete SSC One Time Registration (OTR) on the new official website ssc.gov.in if not already done.
2. Read the notification carefully before applying for the recruitment application form.
3. Check and collect all required documents including eligibility certificates, ID proof, address details, and basic details.
4. Keep scanned documents related to the recruitment form ready, including photo, signature, and ID proof.
5. Note that SSC requires live photo capture through a webcam or the official MySSC App, ensuring you look straight ahead with a light/white background.
